Lee joined us last June and is one of our two bakery apprentices. He’s still at college and works with us to complete his course. The apprenticeship is going well and he’s just passed his bread making section. He’ll complete his course in three months time.

Lee started off by training in catering but when he joined Bradwell Butchery, Bakery and Delicatessen he decided to concentrate on the baking side. If the mouthwatering treats that come out of the bakery are anything to go by, Lee’s very good at his job indeed!
