Fresh Local Rose Veal

Veal shankWe stock only British Veal, which is raised in a much more humane manner than its continental counterpart, so you can enjoy this delicacy with a much clearer conscience. We have several cuts available, including veal shank, which is used to make the Italian specialty Ossobuco. This is braised with vegetables, white wine and broth and it’s traditionally served with risotto.

This is the first time we’ve had a whole veal available and so we’d like to promote the delicacy of British veal along with its strict adherence to humane methods. Why not try some for a treat?
