While many people are eagerly anticipating this years winners of X Factor and Strictly, another far more important competition has announced its results. The Bradwell Butchery Colouring Competition for British Sausage Week had an astounding 74 entries! The standard was very high indeed and it was very difficult to choose winners. Pictured are the winning entries from Sophie (aged 10, 1st place), Pippa (aged 8, 2nd place) and Tiffany (aged 4, 3rd place).

If you weren’t lucky enough to be in the top three, don’t worry! The standard was so high that Andrew decided that all entrants deserve a runner up prize. If you entered the competition, please drop into the shop to pick it up. We’ve also laminated all the entries, so they will keep as a treasured memory. They’re currently decorating the shop, but we’ll return your entry when you come to pick up your prizes.

The colouring competition has been such a pleasure to run that we’re planning another for around Easter time. Watch out for more details closer to the time.
