Scrumptious Haslet to David’s Recipe

HasletWe love to produce the best traditional fayre possible at Bradwell Butchery, Bakery & Delicatessen. We also love it when our staff come up with new and exciting recipes, so imagine our delight when David came up with a new twist to a very old recipe indeed.
He’s come up with his own version of the traditional meat loaf haslet. The recipe originated in Lincolnshire and is a pork based meat loaf that includes ground pork, white bread and a mixture of herbs including sage, salt and pepper. David has come up with his own variation of this spice and herb mix which provides a delicious cold meat dish which you can eat with salad or pickles or you could include it in a sandwich filling.
