The Tropical Tanner is a coarser ground sausage, made with fresh sweet peppers. The recipe was created to celebrate the visit of Chief Yappa and fellow tribesmen from the island of Tanna who visted the shop last year. Tanna is a South Pacific Island where many natives follow a traditional life style. When they visited, Andrew demonstrated how to cut and process a pig and he also produced this unique sausage. The visit featured on the Channel 4 documentary Meet the Natives.
