Our chickens are naturally-fed and barn reared, free to roam and interact
with each other, are produced to the highest welfare standards and taste
like real chicken. Their diet, mainly of wheat, these birds taste like chicken
used to!
Our chickens are fresh and are delivered 2-3 times a week. We stock a
variety of sizes ranging from 3.5lb up to 5lb in weight. We sell these as
whole birds or you can ask one of our experienced butchers to cut to your
preference, some like them spatchcocked for the BBQ, or others like them
skinned and cut into small pieces for a traditional curry our butchers are
more than happy to oblige and fill your request.
We can also get on request get fresh Gressingham Duck which is a cross
between the wild Mallard and the Peking strains. It is unique for its eating
characteristics – succulent and juicy with a rich gamey flavour. The welfare
of the ducks is a priority and they are hatched and reared in an open
environment with natural light and ventilation.

Our Christmas White and Bronze Turkeys are from a Family run Farm P A
Mobbs in Suffolk and are reared in the traditional way and are feed on
grains grown on their farm. We also stock the Famous ‘Peel’s Free Range
Norfolk Blacks’, which have a much more traditional gamey flavour, and are
also feed on grains from their own farm.

ways, something for all seasons: chicken portions, marinated kebabs,
goujons, Kiev’s and many more. All mouth wateringly tasty and easy to
cook.
