Game
During the shooting season (September to January) we have all fresh game birds Pheasant Partridge and occasionally wild duck. When the season ends, we stock the birds in our freezer so customers can purchase and enjoy throughout the year. We have fresh Venison from the local area during the season. If you have not tried venison before we highly recommend it, it’s a very lean and tender meat with an outstand gamey flavour, eaten by the rich and famous in the highest-class restaurants around the world.
