Bradwell Butchery was established almost Forty years ago in 1986 by Andrew Edmonds. They have built an enviable reputation for supplying the finest quality meats and meat products in East Anglia and even boast their own in-store Bakery & Delicatessen. Bread and cakes are made and baked fresh every day from scratch by their experienced
bakers, they also stock a fine selection English and international cheeses, olives and local condiments.
The shop is ultra-modern but retains the old-fashioned values of good friendly service with traditional butchery and Bakery techniques and is run to the highest hygiene standards. Beef, Pork. Lamb, Chicken, Turkey and Venison are specially selected to conform to highest of standards, all prime beef cuts are hung to mature for tenderness and flavour.
Specialise in local quality Pork and make a vast range of homemade products that have been voted the best up and down the country, winning many awards. They are especially proud of their champion sausages (with over 40 varieties to choose from), pies, bacon and burgers. Also, Home cured gammons, they cook their own hams, Salt Beef, Ox
Tongue, Roast Pork, Roast Beef and even make their own Haslet and Pork Cheese.
Amongst their many achievements they can list national Champions at the BRITAIN’S BEST BUTCHERS 2010 for the Midlands and East of England. In the Same Year they won Great Yarmouth prestigious Business of the Year “It’s without a doubt our greatest achievement, being a whole team effort” said Andrew.

All our meat is hand-cut to order by the Meatles butchery team at our HQ. Our Master Butcher is a stickler for quality, buying choice meat and maturing it until it’s just right in our ageing room. Whether it’s cutting, dicing or slicing, we make sure it’s as tasty as can be, and that’s why our meat is cut to order the day before it arrives with you.

We love what we do and we take pride in wanting to promote the best of Irish meat, whilst at the same time encouraging and supporting our customers to appreciate how good meat can be if reared well, prepared and dry-aged well in a managed, safe and artisanal environment. Our company policy is to sell fresh Pork, Beef, Lamb and Chicken of Irish origin only.
