This Lancashire cheese is made by the Butler family with milk from their own pedigree cows. Its distinctive orange curd is soft, smooth and moist with a tangy finish.

Quicks mature cheddar
This traditional cheese is hand made by Mary Quicke at her farm in Newton St. Cryers, Devon and cloth wrapped and matured for anything up to 24 months.

Edam
This Dutch cheese is traditionally sold as spheres with a pale yellow interior and a coat of red paraffin wax. It’s named after the town of Edam in North Holland where the cheese is coated for export.
